Shipping Policy

At Calclair Stack Private Limited, we take utmost care to ensure that your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered safely and within the committed timelines.

1. Shipping Coverage

Currently, we operate and ship orders only within India.
We do not offer international shipping under any circumstances. Orders with delivery addresses outside India will not be accepted or processed.

2. Shipping Method

All orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or India Post (Speed Post) only.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email along with tracking details on your registered email ID.

3. Delivery Timeline

Orders are generally delivered within 7 days from the date of order and/or payment confirmation, or as per the delivery timeline agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery timelines may vary based on the courier company’s operational norms, delivery location, and unforeseen circumstances.

The Platform Owner shall not be held liable for any delay in delivery caused by courier partners, postal authorities, natural calamities, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

4. Delivery Address

All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of placing the order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address, contact number, and other details are accurate and complete. Any delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete address details shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping Charges

If any shipping charges are applicable, the same shall be clearly displayed at the checkout page before payment.

Shipping charges, once paid, are non-refundable, even in cases of order cancellation or return, unless otherwise stated.

6. Exchange and Replacement Shipments

For approved exchange or replacement requests, the replacement product will be shipped within 5–7 working days after the returned product is received, inspected, and verified by our team.
